Over the past 6 years the UCLA recreation department has been using our equipment/asset management and work-order module to keep their operations running smoothly. The web-based software offers a variety of capabilities, such as generated maintenance requests and work orders, inventory tracking, equipment actual-cost-estimation, a warranty focused audit trail, smart forms and checklists, and full client configurability. An attribute system provides customer controlled predictive elements to be added to nearly any aspect of the asset management module.
