New York Style Pizza
Pyro is known for it’s authentic New York-style pizza. What makes a New York-style slice? It’s all about the crust. Pyro’s hand-made pizza dough, hand-rolled into a classic NY thin-crust, oiled and seasoned and put through the oven until it’s golden. The crust is crisp with a good crunch, but the base is soft and pliable enough to fold. Put away your knife and fork – a true New York-style slice is eaten by hand.
