Q-ACT offers Training and Consulting services in teamwork design and optimization to produce complete operational solutions for our clients. Our tremendous advantage lies in fully understanding each client’s work processes in order to develop optimal team and infrastructure designs, deliver hands-on training to existing work teams, build new processes, and integrate these processes to manufacture support. Q-ACT offers customized solutions. We begin by analyzing our client’s existing situations and performing gap analyses on any identified areas. From there we identify the main challenges in the client’s actions, people, processes, tools, and skills before drafting a solution that is sustainable for both the project and the company. These proposed solutions can take on many forms, from team building, employee training, improving skills in engineers and managers, and improving and/or creating optimized workflows, processes, and frameworks. Q-ACT’s mission is to provide the most value for our clients with each improvement proposal and to support our clients as they integrate these new improvements through to completion. We offer periodic external audits once the improvement proposal is established and underway to ensure that the project is on the right track, suggest adjustments if necessary, and guarantee nothing risks its path towards success.
