Q:alliance is a registered charity that provides support, information and representation for the LGBTQ+ people who live, work and play in Milton Keynes. It was established by a merger of several projects, Lesbian and Gay Link, established first as the lesbian and gay helpline in 1975 and the award winning charity, Youthline, established in 1985.
We are a professional organisation with high standards who manage a number of support, advocacy and advice services to communities in Milton Keynes. We are managed and run by local people who have detailed knowledge of the issues and challenges that organisations and individuals face locally.
