In 2007, Mr. Nitin Karande and Mr. Nitesh Modi came together and started Q Green Techcon Ltd at Mehsana (Gujarat, India). We, “Q Green Techcon Ltd”, are engaged in Manufacturing, Exporting and Supplying the finest quality range of Fly Ash Bricks Making Machines, Concrete Brick and Block Making Machines, Paver Block Making Machine, Material Handling Equipment, etc. In The year 2009, Q Green Tech joined hands to form a joint venture with a blue-chip Chinese company, “Beijing REIT Technology Company Ltd”. A Joint venture, “REIT Q GREEN Machines Ltd.”, manufacture a wide range of fully automatic and semi-automatic fly ash brick machines production lines. Q Green manufactures machines such as, “The Business Initiator” QGH Smart, “The Business Builder” QGH 14 and QGH 17, “The Business Leader” QGH 25, QGH 25A and QGH 25A Twin.
These blocks making machines can produce different varieties of products like hollow blocks, solid blocks, paver block with the colored and single layer, kerbstones, fly ash bricks, fly ash blocks.
Q Green Techcon operates from well-equipped machine & fabrication shops facilities (5,000 SQM) by utilizing Auto CAD & Solid Works Engineering software & modern methods of quality standards. Q Green Techcon has developed its own R&D center and has an experienced & dedicated team, engineers & skilled workers.
We manufacture machines with a production capacity of 10,000 to 1,00,000 per shift. We make, both, hydraulic for Flyash bricks starting from 12 lakh and Vibro machines for all other concrete bricks and blocks (hollow and solid) and Interlocking Pavers starting from 40 lakh.
We inspire to provide the latest technical know-how for the manufacturing of these technical machines in India keeping in line, with the company’s commitment to the MAKE IN INDIA Initiative.
