Q-Utility B.V. was set up to bring together the most experienced resources in the datacenter field under a single business partnership umbrella. The founders of the company have over 30 years of experience in exploitation, product management, operational management and the technical project management of (Corporate) datacenter and Housing / data hotel exploitation, building and refurbishment, and building projects both in The Royal Kingdom of the Netherlands, (Benelux) and other European countries. They have brought together a team of partners with extensive and unparalleled know-how and experience in the various necessary disciplines such as a.o. ICT, Architectural design, building, electrical /mechanical engineering, structural and civil engineering, outfitting disciplines, cooling HVAC, no-break systems, pro-active security and fire prevention systems. Our team has had several mutual experiences wit successful datacenter projects. Q-Utility is unique in the field of data- center technology as that its building or refurbishing approach substantially differs from the more traditional real estate ways as that the ICT (high density) requirements, risk management approach, security BS 7799 (ISO 17799)/ ISO 2700x and new legal regulations (SOx, Basel II, privacy) are leading with the design and realization of corporate datacenters and data hotels (CyberCenters). In addition the services can be expanded commercially to include exploitation of the Housing centers.
