Q Workplace Training

We are the dedicated training arm of one of Australia’s largest and most experienced independent specialist workplace investigations firms, Q Workplace Solutions. Q Workplace Training was established in 2019 to share the extensive expertise and insights of Q Workplace Solutions’ legally qualified and licensed investigators with legal, HR, WHS and compliance professionals responsible for conducting internal workplace investigations. We conduct monthly workshops as well as tailored training on how to conduct impartial, procedurally fair, trauma-informed and culturally responsive investigations. We also conduct more advanced training in how to approach highly sensitive and complex investigations into sexual harassment allegations and whistleblower complaints.
