QA Alumni

QA Alumni is the sister association to the QA Programme, the mentor association at the University of Copenhagen Faculty of Humanities. QA Alumni connects previous mentors and mentees of the QA Programme in an international network, and it aims to support the QA Programme and its board in their daily work through sparring, knowledge sharing and utilisation of the QA network’s professionals. The QA Alumni is a non-profit volunteer association that is obligated to work according to set charter. Everyone who has been a mentor, mentee or board member in the QA Programme is by default a member of the QA Alumni network and will be included in QA Alumni’s communication and invited to the QA Reunion. Members who choose to support QA Alumni financially with a contribution of 25 DKK per semester are in addition given voting rights at the General Assembly and will come first in line for QA networking events in case of more signups than seats. QA Alumni aims to help the QA Programme maintain the QA spirit of inclusion, diversity, cooperation and internationalism at UCPH’s Faculty of Humanities and among the QA alumni. This is done through three key initiatives: - Alumni facilitates and manages the QA Alumni network with the aim of connecting previous members of the QA Programme as they enter into their professional careers around the world - By hosting an annual QA Reunion for members of the Alumni network - By assisting the QA Programme board through knowledge sharing, in supplying a network of professionals who believe in the importance of the QA Programme for workshops and seminar and in other ways of importance to the QA Programme.
