Our main products include percutaneous tracheostomy kits, tracheostomy tubes, central venous catheter kits, disposable blood pressure transducers, endotracheal tubes, catheter securement adhesive, disposable intensive care packs, etc. Most of the products have obtained CE certificates.
Our factory has 10,000 and 100,000 class cleanrooms that are certified by ISO13485:2016. The facility includes two complete production lines with extrusion machinery, servo injection molding machine, automatic blow molding machine, catheter tip forming machine, automatic assembly line, automatic blister packaging machine, etc. Our annual production capacity could reach 5 million sets of medical catheters, 2 million sets of the blood pressure transducer, 2 million sets of intensive care packs.
We have a comprehensive laboratory with atomic absorption spectrometer, gas chromatograph, flow tester, 3D optical profilometer, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, etc. It ensures our products excellent feature and stable quality, which helps the products to obtain good reputation in the market.
Moreover, we have an R&D team of 10 engineers and 15 technicians, which keeps our products could compete with Smiths Medical.
