It is all in the name. Qaixen is more than a company name, its meaning is based on something much more. The word Qaixen is our alternative spelling of Kaizen (pronocuned /kʌɪˈzɛn/ http://audio.oxforddictionaries.com/en/mp3/kaizen_gb_1_8.mp3).
