Qanbar Ready Mix is a family-owned business established in 1945 by Sheik Mohammed Qanbar Al Ansari. In 1980, the Ready Mix concrete business was developed from their Precast company, Qanbar Dywidag. The first plant was established in Jubail and quickly grew in 1988 through a joint venture with Steetly Plc, a UK based company. Qanbar Steetley and their French JV partner Lafarge continued to service the Eastern Province, while Abdulrazzak Qanbar Al Ansari & Sons opened their own Ready Mix operations in Dammam, Al Khobar and Riyadh during the 1990s. Over the years, Qanbar Ready Mix has become a leading provider of quality Ready Mix concrete and Precast products, and continues to strive for excellence in customer satisfaction.
