In the Philippines, QBE’s Group Shared Services Centre (GSSC) was established in February 2013 to provide a range of insurance support services to QBE’s customers and brokers across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, such as underwriting support, policy servicing, claims, credit control and customer service. Over the years, the GSSC continues to provide more knowledge processing services such as Finance, Technology, HR Delivery, Data Analytics and Reporting to QBE businesses globally. The GSSC has centers in Taguig, Alabang, Pasay, Quezon City and Cebu.
