ACES has many experiences for iron sand casting and aluminum die casting, based on it, our business enlarges to CNC machining parts and sheet metal fabrication and stamping parts.
For casting, we have in-house chemical and physical inspection equipment such as Carbon-silicon analyzer, spectrometer, digital display universal tension machine, induction furnace and resistance furnace. For aluminum die casting machine from 180ton pressure machine to 900ton high pressure machine. For iron parts, mainly for clay sand, green sand and resin sand process, steel part mainly for silica sol investment process. At the same time we also have sand casting, gravity casting, shell casting process for aluminum alloy and brass parts.
Regarding CNC machining, we have vertical CNC machine, horizontal CNC machine center, lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, CNC precision automatic lathe, CNC engraving machine. And we have in-house CMM inspection for precision parts.
We also do sheet metal stamping, bending parts and deep drawing parts, such as large electrical cabinets, power covers/boxes, enclosures, motor casing. The processes we are able to do are laser cutting, bending, steel, aluminum or brass welding, punching, stamping.
