QFE Zero

Following 6 years as Business Development Manager with Universal Weather & Aviation and 9 years as an independent charter broker, I am now providing independent services to the business aviation sector, as QFE Zero Ltd. I am already providing ad hoc supervisory services to operators and trip support organisations at London and UK airports, managing in situ all aspects of the arrival/departure process to ensure a smooth transit of the airport facilities and providing on-site representation for the client organisation. Areas addressed include, but are not limited to, liaison with; • Border Agency • Customs • FBO • Fuel • Catering • Ground Transport Each arrival/departure experiences some form of unforeseen event, no matter how small, which can adversely affect the overall experience of the passenger, undoing all the good work which goes into arranging a flight. Investing in an experienced on-site supervisor to oversee the arrival/departure process and anticipate, rectify and mitigate the effects of any blockages to the smooth transit of the FBO, is both cost effective and time efficient. Being independent, I will be delighted to perform ad hoc supervision to cover staffing issues at short notice.
