We appreciate your interest in building the community.*** The Quantitative Fund Management Association (QFMA) is a student-led initiative focused on bridging the gap between quantitative finance and traditional fund management. The Association explores the application of both systematic and discretionary strategies across hedge funds, mutual funds, superannuation funds and REITs. QFMA hosts workshops, speaker events, and case studies to provide students with practical exposure to portfolio theory, trading, and investment techniques. The Association aims to foster a strong academic and professional network, connecting students with industry leaders, alumni, and university departments, while preparing them for careers in fund management, asset management, proprietary trading, and investment banking. We value diverse academic backgrounds and skill sets with an interest in financial services.
