accredited Qiam was established in 2005 under the name of Qiam establishment, then later expanded to be Qiam Real Estate Company, which was transformed by the efforts of its board of directors represented by Eng. Mashari Bin Ali Al-Sulaiman and Mr. Ismael Al-Dubaikhi.
In Qiam, we provided many services during these years to more than 100 cities, with a value of 500 billion Saudi riyals, with more than 250 thousand asset assessment reports, which made us In third place by the classification issued by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Appraisals.
