Calender workshop adopt single axle construction、Automatic deflection compensation calender to improve the rate on different formula,different craftwork,and effectively prevents the drawback of nylon cord heating.
Vulcanizing workshop import frame vulcanizing machine,and adopt PC and manual control,it can identify the error automatically,digital control temperature and it have the function of timing mold,change pressure automatically,clock the prior temperature、pressure and time to improve quality.
In order to make sure the quality,company control central buy the first classical mooney viscosity tester、rotors free vulcanizer、tensile testing products,establish the base of improving the products competition.Company was also qualified by ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 since 2009,obtained the certificate ITATF 16949:2016 by NSF company in 2017.The ozone resistance test time is exceed 16 hours than European standard tested by TÜV in Germany.
