Sinty Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. also known as Sinty Fiber, is a high-tech enterprise that produces ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber using the gel spinning technology production method. Sinty was established in 2010 in Qingdao, China, with a total investment of 70 million dollars, using an area covering 200,000 square meters. After 7 years of development, Sinty now produces not only UHMWPE fiber but also the downstream products, including cooling fabric (cooling mattresses and linens), bulletproof equipment (bulletproof helmets, bulletproof shields, bulletproof vests, etc.), labor protection appliances (cut-resistant gloves and protective clothes), industrial UD fabric, and more.
Sinty cooperates with the manufacturers of high-tech equipment in Italy, the Netherlands, and several other countries. Additionally, Sinty works with Donghua University, Shandong University of Science and Technology, and other well-known research institutions to conduct industry research and constantly improve products to meet customers’ requirements.
