We are a consulting company that represents owners, stakeholders, and general contractors that have large financial interests in building quality projects. We are based on a simple principle: People should always get what they pay for! If you spend a dollar you should get a dollar worth of what you are buying. We at QM Consulting have realized that a large percentage of commercial construction projects have issues with quality control measures, and more times than not, the owners and stakeholders of these projects are not even made aware of the issue and decisions that will affect the longevity of their buildings are being impacted without their input or consent. The biggest issue currently being faced is a major lack of accountability for the entities responsible for ensuring quality throughout the project. We hold all parties accountable and ensure that projects are being done correctly through oversight and communication. This oversight is being provided for the sole reason to protect the owner's best interest. We do not concern ourselves with the potential impact our findings have on the entities contracted to provide the work, our only goal is to ensure the project is done properly per the contract documents, period.
