QMUL AirSpace

The IMechE UAS Challenge involves university students undertaking a full design and build cycle of a drone with specific mission objectives. The Challenge bridges the gap between academia and industry in developing applied UAS-related activities, providing the perfect opportunity to strengthen links with industry, other universities and enhance employment opportunities for graduates in the aerospace sector. Our team, composed of mainly Aerospace Engineers are taking part in 2020 as representatives of Queen Mary, University of London. Driven by our passion for our subject as well as our fascination with drone design, we aim to capitalise on our innovative mindsets and technical knowledge gained from our degrees.
