QPoly LLC

QPoly LLC is a dedicated compounder of fluoroelastomer (FKM, Viton®) with a broad range of services to meet the individual needs of our customers. We specialize in customized solutions and work closely with our customers to tailor solutions for optimal processing and product performance. QPoly offers batch sizes down to 10 lbs and will preform products as required. We also offer toll mixing and services and are happy to mix any existing formulations using any brand of polymer. QPoly has over 10 years of FKM mixing experience. Mixing began in 2007 as a division of Specialty Products & Polymers, Inc. QPoly became a stand alone company in 2017 to focus on the specific needs of our FKM customers. In 2018 QPoly expanded its operation to include a dedicated 5,000 sq-ft manufacturing location with a new quality lab and room to expand our capabilities.
