Q Qigong

If you want a practice that makes you breath deep, move with ease and feel better in your mind and body then you need to try qigong. When we slow the body down it slows the mind. Through the ancient practice of qigong (pronounced chee gong), we can unlock trapped energy in the body and put it to better use – we do this through breathing, stretching, warming up, activating key parts of the body and then moving the body in flowing movements that brings your whole body out of fight and flight into a deep and lasting relaxation. I teach classes in a local Pilates studio in Leigh-on-sea and also visit businesses across Essex and London offering weekly classes to their employees.
