QRuzen was created to address the need for affordable transit software for small to mid-sized transit providers. The founders of the company contacted local transit agencies and found that while affordable solutions existed to manage daily scheduling and reporting, those systems did not allow agencies to improve their efficiency and instead cost agencies in terms of support, daily maintenance, and headaches.
The team utilized their experience from developing high-quality, full-featured software for very large transit systems (1,000+ buses) to create an easy-to-use, comprehensive scheduling, dispatching, and reporting system. This Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution became affordable even for small transit companies.
In recent years, we made the strategic decision to join the HBSS/QRyde family. Combining their team of industry experts with ours allows us to continue going the extra mile to ensure each client is getting the most out of their investment.
