Qserve (Pvt) Ltd, is a Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy company established in 1994 as one of the pioneers in Consultant Quantity Surveying in Sri Lanka. However to cater to current needs of the construction industry a Project Management unit was established in 1996. Qserve has been inaugurated with the intention of being able to provide professional Quantity Surveying services, and other related services such as Project Management, Value management, Dispute Resolution, Claims Preparation and Management, Contract Administration, Risk Management, Carbon Accounting in the field of Construction to Clients, Consultants and Contractors. The parent company Qserve is an umbrella organization consisting of three units catering to separate needs of Employers.
