Qspot Home Therapy started when founder OT Maddy wanted to offer a more personalised in-home OT service for the disability and aged-care community. Maddy worked closely within the NDIS space during it's Brisbane rollout in June 2018 and experienced the ever-changing rules and processes of the NDIS, witnessing a need for:
