Rise Occupational Therapy is a community based service providing assistance to clients in their homes and local community. Rise OT aims to assist people to achieve functional independence & optimise their quality of life.
We offer a range of services including (but not limited to):
OT Driving assessments including vehicle modification and medical licensing recommendations
Falls prevention assessments
Assessment & prescription of mobility aids
Review & recommendation of aids & assistive equipment
ADL assessments
Minor home modification recommendations
We work with a range of funding bodies including NDIS, My Aged Care, CHSP, NIISQ and DVA.
We are a collaborative business & value networking with other health providers & related services. We believe in providing holistic care and this is best achieved through working together.
We are also passionate about professional development & continuously participate in activities to build our knowledge and our skills. This ensures that we can always provide a high level of service to our clients. As well as our own learning, we have a keen interest in assisting other Occupational Therapists build their skills, including university students & overseas graduates.
