We are focused on delivering exceptional talent into technology, data, quantitative trading & high frequency trading firms across the U.S. After several years of recruiting some of the best technologists, researchers and quantitative traders into some of the most successful hedge funds, prop shops and investment banks. In early 2012 Ben Herman was approached by a couple of his clients to set up a more unique and niche firm focusing on quality over quantity, this created the birth of Herman Search. The company has offices in Los Angeles, New York & London, the current team of eight people providing the same level of services, the idea of the firm is not to grow into other areas; it’s to become market specialists and have a team of the most successful Technology, Data and Quantitative Trading recruiters worldwide.
