QTIS is a spinoff of Q Plus B.V. dedicated to the Tyre Inflation System market, with well over 27 years of OEM experience. In-depth knowledge of compressors, pneumatics and rotary joints form the basis of our engineering, driven by the challenge and passion to only design reliable products. Our redesigned tyre inflation product range is based on an innovative one-airline concept to improve inflating and deflating times, produce accurate pressure settings, save costs, and improve reliability. The product range consists of rotary vane compressors, optionally with intercoolers to reduce the moisture content of the compressed air. A high level of compressed air quality ensures flawless functioning of the system. In case dry compressed air is critical in low ambient temperatures, a hydraulically driven refrigerant dryer is offered also. A valve block with a proportionally controlled pressure regulator and control valves feeding the rotary joints, available in four innovative variants depending on the customers’ axle type. A pressure-controlled wheel valve and dedicated TPMS drop-and-hook-sensors for agricultural applications complete the product range. The electronic control unit with build-in tyre pressure presets for road, field and slope situations is available for the aftermarket with CAN J1939 and ISOBUS protocols. We support the OEM to integrate our control software in their own ECU to save costs.
