Quadrum Global is an integrated development, investment management and advisory group focused on real estate opportunities. It is now expanding its portfolio in Europe and particularly in the UK, with a number of commercial assets in London. Its most recent project is 11 Belgrave, a circa 135,000 sq ft net zero workplace development in London Victoria, the first UK project to achieve a design-reviewed target Excellent 5.5 Star NABERS rating for building efficiency.
