What do we do? Put simply, we help our clients optimise their operations. QUALCO UK is a technology company delivering panel management software and solutions into the credit industry, supporting our clients in their effort to deliver first class customer outcomes. We are not a debt collection agency, nor a debt purchaser but we do manage a portfolio of more than 10m accounts (in excess of £12bn) through our partnership with 30 outsourced partners. In the UK we offer two core products: ExtraCollect – a SaaS platform enabling clients to fully manage a panel of outsourced partners, including: DCAs, Solicitors & Debt Management Providers. The software includes advanced analytics, intelligent segmentation, reconciliation, invoicing, query management and visibility of account level, end-to-end customer journeys. It is highly secure and fully scalable. Togglit – a financial wellness application designed to support those in financial difficulty by providing access to a range of tools, including: benefits calculator, budgeting tool, affordability assessments and more.
