It is 25 years since QualiCal began working in the LIME INDUSTRY. In these years, we have identified the Parallel Flow Regenerative technology, PFR, as the best CALCINATION solution for lime production, and so we have adopted this technology in our original design of the “SYNTHESIS” vertical twin shaft LIME KILN. Presently, there are kilns in operation worldwide, confirming the innovative and affordability of our SYNTHESIS solution. Several new lime kilns projects are now in progress : • from the small Synthesis 40, with a capacity of 150-200 tpd, • to the much bigger Synthesis 145 for a production up to 800 tpd. At the same time QualiCal has developed a unique design and original innovation, providing plug & play QualiCUBE MODULAR SOLUTIONs for quicklime HDRATION, hydrated lime CLASSIFICATION and GRINDING.
