Qualichem Laboratories has been established in Nagpur since 1975. We provide analytical services to the water, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics, oil, minerals, fertilizer industries in the private and government sector all over India. We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the premier laboratories in India, recognized nationally and internationally. We are FDA (M.S.) approved, NABL accredited (vide Cert. no. TC 7067), BIS recognised, FSSAI recognised, ISO 9001 certified and AGMARK approved laboratory. Qualichem has provided chemical and biological analytical solutions to a wide array of industries catering to the domestic as well as the international market. Our commitment to quality is evidenced by the infrastructural facilities we have at our laboratory. Qualichem provides complete chemical analytical testing of heavy metals, pesticide residues, additives, etc. for the country specific Export-Import and Customs requirements. Qualichem uses the high- end sophisticated instruments like ICP-MS, GC MSn, LC MS-MS, HPLC, HPTLC, AAS, UV, FTIR etc. Qualichem owns a state-of-the-art Microbiology and Sterility lab. The Microbiology lab is built as per USFDA norms with stainless steel paneling, epoxy flooring, dynamic pass boxes, double door autoclave. The entire section is controlled by an Air Handling Unit (AHU) and HEPA Filters. Qualichem is backed by a team of highly qualified and experienced staff of analysts who undergo regular and extensive, internal and external training. It is a mandate to keep up-to-date with the changing analytical techniques and methods, so that we can provide consistent, precise, accurate and reliable results.
