Qualicon Construction (Econocom 47 CC) is a high-quality service & excellence construction company in Bloemfintein, South Africa. Founded on February 1, 2002, by Kotie (JM) van Tonder, Qualicon Construction has built a solid reputation for the highest standards of quality & professionalism in the construction industry over the past two decades. Our primary focus is on the construction of new buildings. We also specialize in the renovation & refurbishment of existing structures. Our commitment to excellence has been fundamental to our continued success. As of March 1st, 2025, significant changes in the shareholding & management of Qualicon Construction took place. The company’s founding member, went on retirement & sold his stake in the company to his current business partner, Matlakala Radebe, making her the sole shareholder of the company. With Matlakala Radebe at the helm as sole shareholder, Qualicon Construction remains committed to ensuring client satisfaction & contributing to the future of the construction industry.
