QualiGene Ltd. - Proficiency Testing for Molecular Diagnostic Laboratories

QualiGene promotes quality in molecular genetic testing by providing external proficiency testing (PT) schemes to participating laboratories. Additionally, we offer our DNA sample collection as a source of positive controls, thus providing a One Stop Shop for laboratory quality assurance. QualiGene’s establishment was inspired by the Israeli Ministry of Health and our colleagues in the Sheba Medical Center. Our PT schemes include technique-specific tests (QF-PCR, Sanger Sequencing, PGD for monogenic diseases, NGS for single genes and MLPA) and disease-specific tests.
