Quality Life Without Borders is a volunteer-powered grassroots organization committed to advancing sustainable living practices and enhancing community well-being throughout Kenya since its inception in 2020. Rooted in a mission of holistic solutions, the organization prioritizes several key focus areas: 1. Animal Welfare and Veganism: Advocating for ethical treatment of animals and the adoption of vegan lifestyles, Quality Life conducts educational outreach and awareness campaigns to promote the transition to 100% plant-based diets in Kenya. 2. Alternative Proteins Development: Through innovative research, our organization aims to create nutritious plant-based alternatives to meat, dairy, and eggs that meet African consumer preferences while minimizing environmental impact. 3. Plant-Based Culinary Training & Nutrition: Offering comprehensive culinary training programs centered around 100% whole plant-based, Quality Life educates school chefs, culinary instructors, and vegan enthusiasts on preparing flavorful and nutritious plant-based meals, alongside promoting the health benefits of plant-based nutrition. 4. Environment Conservation: Prioritizing biodiversity conservation, Quality Life safeguards indigenous native pollinators and habitats through provision of nesting sites. 5. Decentralization of Water Treatment & Disinfection: Addressing the lack of water treatment infrastructure in low-income schools, we implement low-cost, low-maintenance decentralized water treatment and disinfectant systems to ensure students access clean water and sanitizers
