Quality SC is based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Quality SC has been formed in response to an increasing demand for quality support coordination to assist with hospital discharges for NDIS participants with complex needs.
Quality SC provides level 2 and level 3 support coordination and is working with NDIS participants with a range of disabilities and support needs. We can provide support coordination to NDIS participants who have their support coordination funding self managed or plan managed.
