Today it is a company specialising in the production of a wide range of high-precision items, using high quality materials to meet the diverse demands of the increasingly demanding Horeca market, offering hard-wearing equipment and very efficient coffee grinders.
Several years of experimentation and constant improvements have led to the development of new methods, technologies and parameters to be complied with.
The technology has allowed us to make objective progress in our research, measuring the particle size profile of the ground coffee produced by all our coffee grinders. Thanks to this evolution we have been able to perfectly fine tune the entire range of coffee grinders and start developing new solutions.
In fact, great emphasis has been given to designing the structure of the grinding wheels so as to make the shape of the ground coffee as even as possible, in order to offer maximum control from extraction within a given particle size class.
This has led us to focus on what we think is the core of the grinding process and which is now also our new pay off: the shape of the coffee powder.

Quamar coffee grinders are constructed in Italy only and made by hand by actual craftsmen, who are responsible for the appliance from the start of production to the final inspection.

Our professional products guarantee top performance in terms of speed of delivery and consistency of the dose and they all feature excellent grain size curves.
