About QuaNaD Lab

We are a dedicated team working in quantum and nanodevices. We specialize in fabricating semiconductor quantum dots and thin films containing quantum dots for applications like solar cells, energy materials, MRAM, and biosensors. We use electrical and optical characterization techniques to explore the properties of these devices. We house an impedance analyzer, a source-measuring unit (SMU), lasers of various wavelengths, a UV-visible spectroscope, and a chemical workstation.
