Advanced Tyre Recycling Solutions
Used tires are among the largest and most problematic sources of waste today, due to the large volume produced and their durability. The same characteristics which make waste tires a waste problem also make them one of the most re-used waste materials.Two distinct technologies are commercially established as feasible solutions:
Thermal Conversion
This technology processes tires inside a reactor with an oxygen deficient atmosphere. The tires decompose into the components that were originally used during their manufacturing namely oil, carbon, and steel.
Size Reduction
This technology process cuts, chops or grinds tires into shredded crumb particles. Recycled tire chips can be used for TDF (Tire Derived Fuel) which is a fuel used for heat plants as well as create new products, they can also be processed in our H3TCT thermal conversion plant, considerably facilitating the process with an optimal yield of the same
