We are convinced that education is the most powerful tool to create social change and that there is no group better than entrepreneurs to make it happen. This is why we train potential change makers who harness opportunities where others perceive problems. We equip them with the necessary knowledge and competencies to create conditions where their imagination and reality start to meet. We complement frustration, idealism, and thirst of change, with strategic project management skills, business development knowledge, and creativity. We are an institution of doers and innovators who ask - why - and most importantly - why not? - In this turbulent time of history, where the world is changing faster than ever, cultivating our imagination and converting it into actionable innovation is no longer an option. It is essential. Generating a positive change in the world is the DNA of our institution. We are a manifestation of the principles that we would like society to be built upon: compassion, respect, loyalty, collaboration, responsibility. That is what unites us and what makes us strong. Quántica is a space where challenges, inspiration, and growth all converge. We never, never tackle a problem or hear an idea with arms crossed. We never give up on ourselves, or others. Action is our language and our most treasured expression of freedom. In this field of possibility, we imagine, we learn, and we co-create. We know that talking about changing the world sounds utopian, and that many see this as an impossibility, but believing that we can get closer to that ambitious horizon is the reason why we exist. We need and we will create positive change stories that belong to us. The length of the script is as long as we are willing to write it.
