Quantum AEP specializes in manufacturing of high performance plastics stock shapes for machined parts. Machined parts made with our products are primarily utilized in aerospace, defense, electronics, semiconductor, healthcare, and energy industries. Our product offerings include PEEK, ULTEM, PVDF, PPS, Delrin (100AF and AFDE588) rods and plates enhanced for mechanical, electrical, thermal, and tribological performance. Rods are available in 3/8" to 10" diameter. Plates (slabs) are available in 3/8" to 5" thickness. Quantum AEP is an ISO 9001:2015 registered company.
Whether your application requires neat polymers or enhanced properties for electrical, mechanical, thermal, or tribological applications, we have the solution. Our extensive range of materials, include. PEEK, ULTEM™, PVDF, PPS, Delrin® 100AF, and Delrin AFDE588. These polymers are also available with fillers and reinforcements like glass, carbon and aramid fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphite, and PTFE.
