Quantum Circuits Group Bariloche

The Bariloche Quantum Circuits Group, led by Leandro Tosi, explores the limits of quantum mechanics using superconducting circuits. We specialize in hybrid systems that combine superconducting and semiconducting materials to develop devices with unique properties, such as the entanglement of fermionic and bosonic degrees of freedom. Currently, we are building a small-scale quantum processor to advance quantum computing in Argentina and worldwide. Experience Bariloche Quantum Circuits Group Research Laboratory in Quantum Physics Since December 2019 Key Activities - Design and simulation of superconducting circuits. - Fabrication of high-quality factor microwave resonators. - Development of superconducting quantum circuits. - Quantum simulation and characterization of superconducting devices. - Radiofrequency measurements at low temperatures (10 mK). Equipment - Bluefors LD250 Dilution Refrigerator with an 8T magnetic field capability and RF lines up to 20 GHz. - 2-Port Vector Network Analyzer up to 26.5 GHz. - Radiofrequency Generator up to 20 GHz. - Access to the Clean Room at the Bariloche Atomic Center.
