Founders: Alexsandra Lantigua and Grace Flannery are both certified coaches, consultants, and leadership trainers with decades of experience working with corporations, small businesses, government agencies, public benefit organizations, and non-profit organizations. They specialize in understanding, shaping, and managing human systems. The Quantum Culture© model and approach to culture change was created in 2017 in response to society’s tremendous challenges in creating inclusive, respectful cultures where every member knows they belong. This approach has since been successfully employed with a diverse array of clients across North America.
