Time Zones Expertise: Our company, headquartered in Turkey, provides services worldwide with a representative office in the USA. In a daily data science project we carried out for a client in Australia, we provided continuous communication and effective solutions by balancing the 8 times time difference between Sydney and Istanbul, flexible working hours, and our teams working in both locations. Communication: English has become a global language in the tech industry. In the machine learning-based software development project we conducted with a Germany-based startup, we tried it with a communication specialist whose native language is German and who is fluent in technical terminology, in order to clearly understand and find solutions to complex technical questions. Understanding Cultural Diversity: Being with a client in India, especially as the owner of local holidays and business environments such as Diwali, we have managed our timing and communication strategy accordingly, being on a computer interview-related project. Legal and Regulatory Issues: We fully comply with the legal requirements of the country where we work. In the data science project carried out with the European Union, our personal data protection policies are strictly implemented in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Coordination and Management: During a computer interview project we conducted in the USA and Turkey, we provided continuous service quality by holding weekly video conference meetings in the local project environment.
