Quantum Kingdom's online gaming platform is built on empirical research to identify factors that predict individual effectiveness in teams, with machine learning techniques employed to derive quantitative measures of each individual’s teamwork skills. The resulting metrics aid instructors, managers, and/or team leaders in effectively intervening to improve individual teamwork skills.
Quantum Kingdom is founded by research staff from Sandia National Laboratories and the University of California, Berkeley, with over 50+ years of experience in fields of serious games and cognitive neuroscience. Our research has focused on investigating how video games can assess and improve a person’s abilities both individually and within team settings. All team members have a passion for exploring opportunities to use games in settings beyond entertainment.
