Quark Designs is a company that creates websites for individuals and businesses. We're able to create websites where you are able to easily post new content in an easy to manage user interface. Quark Designs is currently owned and operated by Robert Cooper. Robert Cooper is a Queen's Mechanical Engineering student who lives in Kingston, Ontario. He is passionate about technology and clean and crisp designs. Robert started the company because of he wants to help people and business who are looking for more of an online presence in order to advertise themselves.
