The mission of Q Partners is to expand Ukrainian economy by means of opening an entry for a foreign capital and investing to ecosystem of businesses dealing with a full-chain delivery of values to a final customer. As a multidisciplinary investment group, the Fund has been established in 1992. Our background involves successful fulfillment of major transactions on equity raising, selling of businesses to strategic investors in the field of metallurgy, energy, utilities, real estate, FMCG and agriculture for a total amount of over $5 billions. Today, Quarter Partners focuses on finding and developing IT-projects (eCommerce, MedTech, FoodTech, Logistics) as well as the projects in pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and real estate. In the IT-sector, priority is given to projects that can complement each other, forming an ecosystem – a complete chain of value delivery to the end customer. The investment portfolio includes Kyiv Sikorsky International Airport, UDP development company, UDP Renewables, Biopharma pharmaceutical company, operator of outdoor advertising, RTM-Ukraine, as well as several venture projects in Ukraine and abroad. The total investment in these projects is $520 million.
