Quartier General (QG)

Niched at the heart of the Island and the upcoming smart city, is the Quartier General (QG) a 40-year-old textile compound preserved and slightly adapted to accommodate modular office units. At the QG, small and medium businesses blend in an eclectic community offering a palette of services from interior decoration to creative, artistic and even filming. Quartier General comprises of 9000 sqm of offices, commercial and storage spaces with the first phase of the project starting back in 2018 and has welcomed its first new tenant in September 2019. There are now 38 units at the QG of which 90% are occupied. Productive workspaces for designers, makers and problem solvers fostering creativity and openness coupled with flexibility and affordability is what the QG is all about.
