Queen's High-Performance Computing Club (QHPC) is a club comprised of a team of undergraduate and graduate students pioneering the future of high-performance computing (HPC).
Mission: To empower students with hands-on experience in high-performance computing (HPC) through collaborative learning, competitions, and industry engagement, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
What We Do:
Skill Development: Host workshops, tutorials, and hands-on sessions led by HPC experts and industry professionals. Members gain access to cutting-edge resources, including resources from the Centre for Advanced Computing (CAC).
Competitions: Compete in prestigious events like SC competitions, IndySC, and Winter Classic, with opportunities to earn scholarships and showcase Queen’s talent on local, national, and international stages.
Networking: Connect with peers, faculty, and industry leaders through events, competitions, and partnerships with organizations like CAC and DELL.
