Queen Equities is a boutique real estate private equity investment firm headquartered in New York. We're fortunate to be backed by Elysee Investments—a family office with a ~2 million SF portfolio concentrated in New York and South Florida. Our initial focus is on value-add multifamily opportunities with clear, executable business plans in the $20M–$50M total capitalization range. While we are market agnostic, we're particularly focused on Austin, Nashville, Jacksonville, Columbus, and select Midwestern cities (Oklahoma City, Omaha).
